Prices are quoted in NOK and include VAT, incl. 15% unless otherwise stated. Seller reserves itself for any errors that may occur due to technical errors.


With us you can pay with Visa, MasterCard and Bitcoin. We use Nets' payment solution that is verified by Visa and MasterCard and all information is between you and your bank. We never record personal information and about your transaction and credit card information.

Delivery and shipping

Your order will normally be shipped within 1-3 business days. However, we are concerned that special circumstances may arise, so there will be some delay in this. Then we will contact you and clarify this. We also make reservations about errors that may occur in the system that could cause a product to sell out before we ship it to you. In that case, you will be contacted and we will try to find a replacement or other good solution for you.
We use Bring as a shipping company. Parcels are sent to your local post office, which is responsible for sending out a delivery message.
For uncollected deliveries / packages, the buyer will be charged a fee to cover our shipping, package and processing costs with the shipment:
Uncollected shipments / packages with a value below NOK 3000 excl VAT will be charged a fee of NOK 300 excl VAT.
Unclaimed shipments / packages with a value over NOK 3000 excl VAT will be charged a fee of NOK 500 excl VAT.

Return policy

We at "Bigard in Bandaksli" are concerned that you as a customer will be completely satisfied with the purchase you have made with us. Therefore, we have 14 days full return policy. This means that you can return the item if you are not satisfied, without having to give a reason for it. Please note that you must pay for shipping costs yourself on return (cf. section 15, first paragraph of the Right of Repeal). The product must be returned in original intact packaging if the product was shipped in it. Beyond this, the product must be unused and in the condition it was delivered, and all labels must be intact. Upon return, the amount of the item excluding shipping costs is returned to your account, provided you have paid by card.

Exchange of goods

If you wish to exchange the received item for another product, or the same product in a different size or color, please contact customer service at post@bigard-i-bandaksli.no to receive a return form for use on return. If you want to switch to a more expensive item, you will receive an invoice for the deposit, if you want to switch to a less expensive item, the excess amount will be returned to the account the payment was transferred from. In exchange, you are responsible for the cost of postage. It is important that the exchange is clarified with us by mail or telephone, so that we can confirm that the desired product is available in stock. In exchange, the item must be unused, original packaging must be intact and labels cannot be removed from the product.

Merchandise can only be exchanged at a value over NOK 300, - according to the terms of the Purchase Act.

If you register as a customer with a login to our online store, we will not use your information for anything other than what concerns your customer relationship with us. We will not disclose your information to any other operators, and in addition to this, we will comply with applicable privacy regulations. You have the right to have the information we have stored about you and to have it deleted. If you want the information to be deleted, contact us at customer service.
